Hand harvest, cold maceration, soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel wine barrels for about 15 days. Ageing "sur lie in tonneaux" (500 litres) for 6 months. Ageing in bottles for 12 months.
Fish, soup, antipasti.
Straw yellow with golden reflections, fruity, tropical with orange notes on the nose, intense, persistent, spicy. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate with an intense aftertaste of butter and passion fruit.
