This quote from Roberto Mondavi motivated me in 2001 to realise my dream of owning my own wine shop. However, I see myself not only as the owner of a wine shop, but rather as an ambassador of good taste. As a native of southern Italy and a qualified wine technologist, I am keen to introduce you to the world of wines and the associated culinary delights in all their diversity.
