The grapes for Pinèa Bolgheri were harvested by hand in boxes and selected in the vineyard. The maceration and fermentation took place at controlled temperature in concrete tanks for about 20 days. The microboullage and maloactic fermentation took place in oak barrels of 1500l and in French barriques of 1st, 2nd and 3rd passage where a refinement of 12 months also took place.
A nice accompaniment for fine dishes, roasted meat, game and spicy cheese.
Deep red with garnet reflections, red fruits with distinctive spicy notes, structured, rich in sweet tannins. Balanced and elegant on the palate.
