The grapes for Poggio al Grillo were harvested by hand in crates and selected in the vineyard. Fermentation took place under controlled temperature in concrete tanks for about 15 days.
Noble pasta dishes, white meat and poultry.
Cinnabar red with violet reflections, red fruits with notes of cherry and cassis. Structured on the palate, good balance, rich in fine-grained tannins on the finish.
