A surprising and unexpected Syrah: PaxMentis, made from lightly dried grapes, breaks the stereotypes about this international grape variety, not only thanks to its cultivation on a particularly suitable terroir, but also thanks to an unusual winemaking method.

Syrah Paxmentis is a wine made from lightly dried grapes. The nose offers notes of sweet red fruits, plums, cherries in alcohol and vanilla. On the palate it is austere but imparts an opulent and intriguing scent.
