Comments

Our Furtivo is light and bright and has the delicate color of peach skin. Although easy to drink, it is innocent, the flavors have a cheerfulness that brings back childhood memories of endless summers, perfectly ripe strawberries, cherries and iced tea with citrus and mint.

Pairing

Drink it with colorful and flavorful dishes refined with herbs and aromatic spices - beetroot and feta salad with cumin, asparagus with Parmigiano shavings, salumi with fennel seeds and it goes perfectly with burrata, basil and peaches.

Tasting notes

On the palate it is light and dry, with an invigorating and encouraging acidity. The aromas are reminiscent of dusk, late summer and the autumnal fruits that usher in winter, such as pink grapefruit, pomegranate and cranberries, refreshing and cleansing.
