The best grapes of this old grape variety come from two carefully tended Pinot Noir plots and were selected for a special maturation process: 9 months in oak barrels. A limited vintage for lovers of Pinot Noir and unique moments of enjoyment. This wine is limited to just 960 numbered bottles.

Pairing

Simply salted and peppered beef with red wine reduction or braised pork, mushroom sauces, baked poultry, aged goat cheese, grilled vegetable casseroles.

Tasting notes

Tonic, flexible opening with complex aromas of plums, cherry brandy, fresh wood and incense. The juicy middle conveys a feeling of lightness and is accompanied by fine tannins. The finish is dry and structured. An elegant wine that embodies beauty and harmony.
