Whether symbolic or physical... our existence is subject to borders. The one that runs south of our "Pentes Rousses" property marks the border between the lands of Calamin and those of Epesses. But on closer inspection, it is actually the same clay that gives rise to these two terroirs. Single plot cuvée with a mineral character and a fine bitter finish. As an aperitif and starter: poultry terrine / asparagus / vegetable quiche / young Etivaz / poison tartare / lemongrass flavours.
Powerful opening with aromas of yellow fruits and lemon peel, followed by a salty, lemony middle. The finish is floating, characterized by a fine bitterness. A wine full of character that harmoniously combines fruity and mineral nuances.
