The grapes for Pinèa Bolgheri were harvested by hand in crates and selected in the vineyard. The maceration and fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in a concrete tank for about 20 days. The microboullage and maloactic fermentation took place in oak barrels of 1500l and in French barriques of 1st, 2nd and 3rd passage where a 12 month refinement also took place.
A nice companion for fine dishes, roasted meat, game and spicy cheese.
Deep red with garnet reflections, red fruits with distinctive spicy notes, structured, rich in sweet tannins. Balanced and elegant on the palate.
