Filled with wild berries and vanilla and rosemary scented cream. Naturally leavened bakery product. Soft yeast dough without raisins, orange and candied lemon. The undergrowth panettone has its strengths in the use of the highest quality raw materials: Italian cane sugar, Italian acacia honey, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahitian Islands. In addition, candied berries ((blackberries, currants, blueberries, wild strawberries, strawberries, raspberries) are candied directly in Sal De Riso's pastry shops. The undergrowth panettone is soft and tender and contains the sweetness of vanilla from the Bourbon and Tahitian Islands with the bright aromas of undergrowth fruit, expertly blended by the hands of Master Sal De Riso.
