The Ginger Sal De Riso Panettone is a soft, naturally acidified baked product containing a cream of Amalfi Coast IGP limoncello, candied ginger and Amalfi Coast IGP candied lemon peel. The topping consists of white chocolate, lemon chocolate shavings, limoncello custard and kan. The skins of the Amalfi Coast IGP and ginger are candied directly in the Sal De Riso pastry shop. The other ingredients such as butter, eggs and flour are all Italian. The complete absence of colorings and preservatives contributes to the fact that this product is unique in its distinctive aroma and taste.
