Cannonau di Sardegna Mamuthone DOC BIO 2021

In Spain, the grape variety has made a big splash in recent years under the name Garnacha. The variety came to Sardinia with the Spaniards as early as the 14th century. There it goes by the beautiful name Cannonau. The wines are not very colourful, but very aromatic and pleasantly soft. Spurred on by the development in Spain, the Mamuthone now shows that great wines can also be made from this grape variety in Sardinia.

It goes well with grilled red meats, skewers and medium-ripened cheeses.

Elegant Cannonau in the color of light ruby red with aromas of berries and cherries, fresh and fruity on the palate.
