The Perda Pintà is considered a very special white wine, which is made from the autochthonous grape variety Granazza, native to Mamoiada.
Goes well with meat as well as with tasty fish soups or medium-ripened cheese.
Distinct scents of Mediterranean maquis combine with a full, complex, but well-balanced palate and give a deep and intense aftertaste.
