This special organic Verdicchio is dedicated to Stefano's father, Nicola Antonucci, also called Arnaldo by his friends. Gentle destemming and natural maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation in steel. Native yeasts and no filtration make it an authentic but rebellious expression of the Verdicchio grape. A wine that is unique both through its special processing and the profound thought from which it was created.

The pure Verdicchio is a delight with more substantial starters and fish dishes.
