"The greatest treasure of the Marche is the white Verdicchio, which only grows here and is one of the most important white wine grapes in Italy today. Verdicchio is always vinified as a single varietal, depending on the type in steel tanks, in large wooden barrels or in barriques. The Verdicchio grapes from Back to Basics come from organic cultivation and are vinified in a natural way."
Goes well with fish, seafood or poultry.
Pleasantly pungent on the nose with a light fermentation note that reveals a full-bodied and mineral aroma. In the mouth like a small miracle, dry, direct, strong and at the same time full-bodied.
