The little-known region of Terra Alta is located in the south-western corner of Catalonia near the premium Priorat appellation.A feature of Vent del Mar Blanc is its fresh and natural acidity, which comes from the altitude (550 metres above sea level), as well as the constant breeze that cools the grapes. The wind that blows in from the sea is known as Garbi or el "Vent del Mar" and often announces that rain is a welcome offer in these dry areas.
In this wine we are looking for elegance, refinement and purity. The nose has a delicate, mineral quality that takes time to open up. On the palate, the natural acidity balances the concentrated, full-bodied texture of the wine.
