Trancetti di Tonno in Olio di Oliva

Tuna in Bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Yellowfin tuna is fished in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans and frozen immediately on board ships. It is therefore transported quickly to Maierato, respecting the cold temperatures, and has undergone a unique 1-day processing cycle. Light pink in color and rather low in fat, Yellowfin is the most renowned variety among imported tuna. This product was processed out of season and preserved in olive oil.
