Fine yellowfin tuna fillets in brine. Callipo has been producing a range of top quality tuna fillets for over 100 years. All stages of processing take place in Italy, in our own factory in Maierato (VV), in accordance with the ancient Calabrian tradition. After steaming the tuna, the best ones are hand-filled into jars. They are then subjected to extensive maturation in order to be able to guarantee the unmistakable taste of Callipo tuna.
