The fully ripe grapes are completely destemmed and then subjected to a long maceration period before the 20-day fermentation begins. The wine is aged in French barriques for 12 months before bottling.
Festive main course such as roast beef or venison marinated in red wine for a long time or a hare pepper.
Intense ruby red, smells wonderfully of wild berries and is well structured on the palate. Sounds long and leaves a lot of sweet spiciness.
