The harvest took place under perfect weather conditions in the second week of September. The grapes were properly selected and destemmed and fermented in a foot-stepped lagar for 10 days.
Excellent with fine pasta dishes or lamb.
Very rich and powerful red, with notes of raspberries, black cherries and plums. The long finish reveals velvety and well-integrated tannins, combined with excellently integrated acidity.
