Marsuret

The beginnings of the Marsuret winery go back to the time between the two world wars, when the grandfather of the current owner, Agostino Marsura , bought a vineyard in Val de Cune and began selling sparkling wines that he produced using natural bottle fermentation. Over time, the winery was expanded. Management of the estate was first passed on to Giovanni, who continued to focus on producing high-quality products and tried early on to distance himself from the emerging mass business called "Prosecco". To this day, despite his advanced age, Giovanni still lovingly looks after the vineyards. To this day, the grape harvest is carried out exclusively by hand - and this has become really rare in this area. The grapes are then carefully sorted again.
