The Fiorentino family's vocation for winemaking was already evident in the early 1990s, when they produced their first wine. Today, the winery produces it in a modern and innovative way, with the same love and passion they had back then for their work, vineyards and land. When asked frequently why they only grow Aglianico grapes in their vineyards, they simply reply: "It's because of its vitality. Our choice is linked to respect for the vocation of the territory and family tradition, [...]. The answer lies in the vitality of this volcanic region, where Aglianico grapes express their true nature and produce the most authentic Taurasi wine.
