It lopes towards the finish, with a joy that is open-handed, extroverted, and radiant, formidably tenacious and appealing. Festive at every sip. A deeply-fragrant rosé whose crisp, graceful Chardonnay finds its delicious complement in the fruit-rich depth of Pinot Noir and the supple roundedness of Pinot Bianco.

Pairing

It is ideal as an aperitif, with oysters, caviar, salmon or all fish starters, mild cheeses, refined antipasti or simply for pure pleasure.

Tasting notes

A fragrant rosé where the delicate freshness of the Chardonnay is complemented by the fruity richness of the Pinot Noir and the suave roundness of the Pinot Blanc. Its powdery pink colour with golden hues reveals notes of currants and freshly picked cherries, crisp apricots and wild strawberries, peony petals and blood orange, with a delicate nuance of fresh almond and candyfloss. The sip is lively and sunny, dynamic in the juicy freshness of pomegranate and red apple, with a subtle, vital savouriness.
