Whisky inQuota Amarone Cask

The Alpine region of Trentino-South Tyrol is undoubtedly the symbol of the Italian mountains. A small and happy area with green meadows, pristine forests, high peaks, streams with pure water and the glaciers of the Brenta Dolomites from which crystal clear, fresh water gushes. For more than 170 years, the Dolzan family has continued the tradition of distilling in this wonderful environment, paying great attention and respect to nature and the ancient works of the mountains, such as the cultivation of barley at high altitudes. This mountain whiskey was stored for a long time in oak barrels and then further matured in barrels previously used to age the famous Amarone wine.

The bouquet shows noble finesse and intensity, with notes of ripe forest fruits with a pleasantly spicy note of cinnamon, vanilla, dark chocolate and roasted almonds.
