The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC can be wonderfully combined with fine pasta dishes based on fish and crustaceans. Excellent but also as an aperitif with olives, salted capers and rotisserie.
This intense and fragrant Vermentino brings together the essences of the Mediterranean gardens. Orange flowers, grapefruit, lemon, sage and capers on the nose. The lively acidity acts as a contrast for the warm tones and round softness.
