90% in stainless steel, 10% in partly untoasted and partly lightly toasted barriques. This Cannonau needs a lot of air, so be sure to open it at least 30 minutes beforehand.

Thanks to the gentle maceration and the use of untoasted barrels, the elegance of the varietal aromas is preserved. Cherry, raspberry, blackberry, rose and a delicately spicy note of white pepper. The freshness harmonizes with the warm notes and the exceptionally soft tannins.
