The vineyards are located in Santa Giuletta and are characterized by loamy-limestone soils. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the training system is guyot. After about 12 months in barriques, only the best plots are selected and blended. After bottling, it is further refined in the bottle for about 1 year. 5384 bottles, 300 magnum, 15 jeroboam and 10 réhoboam

Ideal accompaniment to filled pasta and pasta dishes with meat sauces. Perfect with main dishes such as game, roasts or fatty fish. Its freshness also makes it an excellent accompaniment to middle-aged sausages and cheeses.

Intense ruby red color with typical garnet reflections. The nose is varied and complex and is expressed by aromas of herbs and red fruits, followed by a delicate spice and hints of cocoa and roasted coffee. The palate is enveloped by a range of aromas that harmonize perfectly with the nose, ranging from ripe red fruits to spices with a balsamic and persistent finish. The tannin structure is dense, yet delicate and silky, well balanced by acidity and a pleasant minerality that makes this wine harmonious and elegant.
