Winemaking process: harvest in baskets, 14 hours of cold maceration, pressing and settling of the must with cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel.

Fish grilled / fried, fish poached, vegetable dishes, medium-aged cheese, seafood / shellfish

Bright straw yellow, aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit on the nose. Mineral, balanced and fresh on the palate. An elegant and delicate white wine.

fruity, balanced and fresh red wine. Ruby red with slight violet reflections. Subtle bouquet. Berry fruits dominate slightly before some stone fruit (plums, sour cherries). There are also slightly smoky notes. Dry on the palate. The structure is quite soft, medium-bodied and harmonious. In the rather dominant aftertaste, herbal attributes (grassy, green paprika) stand out a little more in addition to fruity notes.

A fruity, balanced and fresh red wine. Ruby red with slight violet reflections. Subtle bouquet. Soft fruits dominate slightly, followed by some stone fruits (plums, sour cherries). There are also slightly smoky notes. Dry on the palate. The structure is quite soft, medium-full and harmonious. In the fairly dominant back smell, along with fruity notes, herbal attributes (grassy, green pepper) emerge somewhat more strongly.
