Attilio Ghisolfi

Ghisolfi winery is located in the middle of the Barolo growing region. The art of winemaking has been passed down in the family business for over three generations. However, the Ghisolfis have only been bottling and marketing their own wine since 1988. The winery has around 8 hectares of vineyards. The Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo grape varieties are cultivated on around 6 hectares. Small quantities of Freisa and various Pinot Noir varieties can be found on the remaining vineyard area.
