Grappa Giare Gewürztraminer

Single-vineyard grappa with a delicate and elegant aroma and an intense dry taste. Obtained through the Bagnomaria distillation of Chardonnay marc in a discontinuous still, the grappa is aged for at least 36 months in small oak barrels with a capacity of 225 litres. During the maturation period, the master distiller closely follows the evolution of the blend, checking flavours and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.

Amber colour, elegant, harmonious, markedly soft. Hints of vanilla and tropical fruit on the finish.
