Exclusive Franciacorta, born on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Millesimati. Result of an iron selection of must from over 20 base wines from the various plots, some aged in barriques. Second fermentation and aging on the lees for 100 months. Produced in just 2920 pieces and intended for connoisseurs. This rarity from 2008 is presented in an elegant bottle and equally valuable packaging, a visual foretaste of a real jewel. A Franciacorta that is a true emotion for the eye, the smell, the taste and above all for the heart.

It is ideal as an aperitif, with oysters, caviar, salmon or all fish starters, mild cheese, fine antipasti or just to enjoy.

The Emozione Unica is a symbol of a perfect harmony of two well-known grape varieties: 50% Pinot Noir, which contributes structure, body and important aromas, and 50% Chardonnay, which provides the necessary finesse and elegance.
