We collect the raw materials and immediately take them to the laboratory, where we select only the best ones and proceed with washing. The artichokes are cleaned by removing the toughest outer leaves until we reach the heart, we blanch them in water and vinegar. They are ground and flavored with white pepper, garlic, parsley and extra virgin olive oil.

Artichoke cream is made from the heart of the artichoke: the most tender and tasty part. Our artichoke hearts are minced and flavored with garlic, onion, thyme, pepper, salt. Our cream is excellent for preparing a paste, to spread on croutons and bruschetta or even on pizza.
