The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC can be wonderfully combined with fine pasta dishes based on fish and shellfish. But also excellent as an aperitif with olives, salted capers and rotisserie.
This intense and fragrant Vermentino brings together the essences of Mediterranean gardens. Orange flowers, grapefruit, lemon, sage and capers on the nose. The lively acidity acts as a contrast to the warm tones and round softness.
