The son Pasquale Iuzzolini wanted to immortalize his father, Fortunato Iuzzolini, by producing this spumante of the same name in his honor.
As an aperitif, with antipasti or primi piatti.
Light, elegant scent, with the typical, fruity “presences” of the grape variety. Fine, persistent perlage. The taste is lively, fresh, with initially dry features that give way to other, very balanced wines that caress the palate.
