Sito Moresco is the name of Angelo Gaia's version of the Piedmontese author's wine. The juicy, attractive, elegant wine is of perfect harmony and convinces with a great price-performance ratio.
This Gaja Sito Moresco Rosso DOC goes well with fine wildfowl such as pheasant or guinea fowl.
The ruby red Sito Moresco is markedly fresh and fruity. The bouquet has aromas of ripe cherries and berries, underscored by subtle notes of spices. The rich taste spreads powerfully with densely woven tannins, mineral in the final.
