Serai Bianco is a special cuvée of selected white grapes that expresses a great harmony between aromatic intensity and palate-friendliness.
It is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with light starters and fish.
It has a bright, light yellow color with green reflections and is characterized by floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of passion fruit and apple, with subtle notes of gooseberry. On the palate the aroma is confirmed with great fullness and elegance, combined with a fresh and lively acidity.
