Notes of milk chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla, candied fruit and fresh wood. Slightly herbal, peppery and nutty nuances. On the palate, the Plantation Single Cask Barbados is sweet and intense, hints of caramelized apple as in tarte tatin or apple pie, ginger, cocoa and slightly smoky notes.
