The Paternum from Iuzzolini in Calabria is a world-class wine, made from an almost completely forgotten indigenous grape variety "Magliocco". A wine that cannot be missed in the best wine cellars. Production 3500 bottles. per year.
Serve well with grilled meat, lamb, game and spicy cheeses.
The fine but very intense bouquet exudes a note of forest fruits and then expands its strong and diverse spice and vanilla aroma. The taste of the wine is warm and pleasant to the palate, varied, complex and very long.
