Laurianne, die junge Winzerin, hat alles in ihr Talent investiert. Mit Unterstützung ihrer Familie erwarb sie Weinberge in Ambonnay, Trepail und Bouzy. Ihr feines Gespür wurde belohnt. Im Jahr 2022 und 2023 wurde sie zur besten Jungproduzentin in der Champagne gekürt. Die Champagner sind fein, elegant und vollmundig mit einer unvermeidlich weiblichen Note.

An excellent Premier Cru Rosé with a high proportion of Chardonnay in this cuvée. Laurianne has created a sparkling, mineral flavour. The Pinot Noir Grand Cru brings out the flavours of blackcurrant and liquorice, which are finely balanced by the refreshingly cool Chardonnay.

The Laurianne Lejour Blanc de Noirs Champagne Grand Cru has an intense golden colour with light amber reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it develops powerful aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle roasted notes reminiscent of bread crust. Delicate mineral and spicy flavours round off the bouquet.
