Grappa Giare Gewürztraminer

Grappa made from a single grape variety with an intense aroma, with a remarkable sensory impression and a very harmonious taste experience. Obtained through the Bagnomaria distillation of Gewürztraminer marc in a discontinuous still, the grappa is aged for at least 36 months in small oak barrels with a capacity of 1000 litres. During the maturation period, the master distiller attentively follows the evolution of the blend, checking flavours and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
