Grappa Affina Riserva Rovere

Limited edition grappa with full flavour and great character. Affina Riserva Rovere is made from autochthonous grape varieties of Trentino, such as Teroldego Rotaliano and Marzemino d'Isera, which are distilled in the classic way in a discontinuous still after a gentle pressing in a water bath steam process (Bagnomaria).

An explosion of the senses, with a complex aroma and firm structure, thanks to the careful selection of the pomace combined with the slow and calm aging of the grappa. The taste is rich, pleasant with a large body and a long finish. Round, ripe and full-bodied taste aroma.
