Limited edition grappa. Made from red marc from grape varieties such as Lagrein and Pinot Noir, distilled in the classic way in a discontinuous still after a gentle pressing in a water bath steam process (Bagnomaria).

Round and delicate on the nose and on the palate. Full of flavor with great character, a wide range of fragrances and a fine, elegant bouquet. Complex structure of decided softness.
