Delizia Rosato di Merlot IGT 2022

Harvested by hand at the right stage of ripeness. Destemming every 30 minutes in a horizontal press. Gentle pneumatic pressing. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees. If necessary, malolactic fermentation is also completed. After racking, the wine remains in stainless steel tanks for at least a few months. Before bottling it is mixed between the different tanks and filtered.

Excellent with aperitifs, cheese fondues, sea fish, mixed fried dishes.

When young, Delizia exhibits delicate, floral rose scents, which then transform into aromas of red fruits, especially strawberries, as it matures. On the palate it shows its full potential: an enormously elegant wine with balanced freshness, soft and supple.
