Philippe Costa's Blanc de Blancs comes from the small village of Grauves, Premier Cru on the Côte de Blanc. Only Chardonnay grapes are harvested from the 6 hectare vineyard in the most exclusive area of the Côte de Blanc. The hilly landscape and the calcareous soils provide optimal conditions for the ripening of the grapes.

Light straw yellow with gold and green reflections. Intense, rich, round and intoxicating on the nose. On the palate, notes of white fruit, peach, melon and lemon. The bouquet opens with exceptional sophistication. Balanced, persistent and dynamic.
