Tasting notes

Opens with cold notes, mainly blackberry and ripe wild berries. Cinnamon, coffee and a touch of clove on the nose, making the characteristic even more unique. All of this is concentrated in an aromatic sip at the tasting. The elegance of the sweet cask spices and the lively, fruity structure of the vintage show a beautiful balance. The ripe aromas and fine tannins reflect its current state, but its content is more indicative of the long term.
