This is a wine from the Scasso di Centro vineyard, a classic Supertuscan made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon. It is the heart and soul of the entire production line.
Better with fried and stewed meats with a long coke, spiced or fossa cheese.
Dark purple red, classic scent of a Bordeaux blend with cherry, blackberries and blackcurrant. Full-bodied on the palate with velvety tannins and a good balance between alcohol and acidity, long pleasant finish.
